Following a recent conversation with the Kelowna UNESCO City of Gastronomy committee, we’ve been asked to help shape what this designation can—and should—look like for our region.

As this is still in its early stages, there’s a real opportunity for our culinary community to influence the direction in a meaningful way. From potential festivals and events, to how we celebrate and elevate our chefs, farmers, and industry contributors—this is an open table for ideas.
