Join us Monday March 2nd for our March Meeting followed by this year's educational seminar with Claudio - The Italian Meat Master!
Doors open at the beautiful Lakehouse Kitchens Cooking School at 6pm, grab a drink and mingle before a standing meeting takes place. Afterwards, Claudio will demonstrate from start to finish 2 types of sausage from his collection.
Following the seminar, Chef Travis and the Lakehouse team will round out dinner with side dishes and desserts to enjoy a long side! A bar will be available to purchase drinks!
