A shared vision for creating a space where people can enjoy real food, authentic cider, and connect to the land is what brought Chef Christian Scott together with Dave & Melissa Dobernigg to create Cambium. Good food paired with good cider, set in a third-generation Certified organic orchard is at the heart of the vision. Simple, delicious, and authentic in a way that can be hard to find these days, we hope you will come relax and enjoy good food, drink, and company here with us."
